Our fresh trout is processed using the crystally clean water for fillets. In order to achieve irresistible, aromatic flavor, it is smoked using the smoke of fine wood and then it procedes to being carefully filleted.
Shrimps (hand cleaned)
Meat of sea crabs contains 14-18% protein, 0.8-2% fat, minerals (iodine, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, sulfur) and little polyunsaturated fats that protect the cardiovascular system. The crabs are cooked alive (except frozen). Dead ones quickly become spoiled and cannot be used.
Deep fried fish sticks
Fish sticks are made when parts of the fish, with the addition of additives, are coated with flour, dipped in scrambled eggs, and then coated with bred crumbs. Then they become in the familiar shape we all know. Fish sticks are fast and practical for consuming then fish and you don’t have to think if you are going to find some fish bones when you eat them.
The modern way of life also changed the way of eating.
