COLBERT SMOKED TROUT

PREPARATION OF THE MEAL

1. Pancake filling: add mayonnaise into softened butter, dill, garlic powder, salt, pepper, vegetable mixture and mix it all with a mixer.
2. Salad dressing: mix everything in a can, mayonnaise, a little white wine, garlic powder, salt, pepper, dill, mustard, vegetable mixture, and apple vinegar and pour all of that over salad.
3. Place a fillet on the pancake and add the filling to the same. Roll the pancake, then roll it in flour, eggs and bread crumbs and fry it for 5 to 7 minutes.
4. You get an excellent dish that is cooked in less than 10 minutes. Serve hot with a salad. Colbert smoked trout can also be used as a cold appetizer.

  • 2 palačinke

  • so, biber, senf, majonez, margarin, vegeta, sirće
  • belo vino
  • jaja, brašno, prezla, paradajz, luk, krastavac
  • 1 dl limunovog soka
  • 1 limun narezan na tanke kolutiće
  • 2 dl hladne vode
  • 3 kašike smeđeg šećera
  • 1/2 kocke za pileću supu
  • 1 kašika gustina
  • malo đumbira
