FILLED TROUT

PREPARATION OF THE MEAL
Unfreeze trout, put salt on them from the outside and on the inside and rub them with pepper. Clean the mushrooms and cut them on the rings. Peel the onions and chop them fine.
Coat the plate with butter or margarine and add onion slices. Fill trout with mushrooms. Add the remaining mushrooms. Pour lemon juice and white wine, cover and leave to steam for approximately 12 minutes. Take out the fish and place in a serving bowl.
Mix sour cream with a bit of corn starch and yolk. Add the remaining sauce where the wish was steamed. Boil. Add dill and spice a bit. Serve as a topping. For 4 people.

  • 250 g svežih šampinjona

  • 1/4 L belog vina
  • 1/8 L sveže pavlake
  • 1 kašikica gustina
  • 1 žumance
  • 1 kašika sušene mirođije, so, biber
  • 1 dl limunovog soka
  • 1 limun narezan na tanke kolutiće
  • 2 dl hladne vode
  • 3 kašike smeđeg šećera
  • 1/2 kocke za pileću supu
  • 1 kašika gustina
  • malo đumbira
