TROUT IN LEMON SAUCE
PREPARATION OF THE MEAL
Clean the fish from the shells and bowels, wash and dry.
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and cook for 2 minutes. Sprinkle fish first with flour on all sides and mix the rest of the flour with water, salt and oil in a smooth mixture, and add powder from the egg whites.
Heat up deep oil, dip each fish with both sides in the mixture and fry. Put it on paper and serve into a deeper plate.
Pour the hot sauce.
